Yes, we do custom and personalized orders. We work with the client to ensure colors and ornaments added is to their specification.

Sizing details?

Yes, we are able to give sizing details. Also can custom make hats to a smaller or larger specification.

Do you offer gift wrapping and packaging?

Yes, we do offer gift wrapping and special requested packaging options.

 

Do you offer wholesale rates and packages?

What’s your return policy?

 

We do not accept returns on custom made item, exchanges, or cancellations
But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

Returns accepted on any of our vintage products minus shipping charges--no questions asked--within 14 days of purchase.


Do you ship oversees and to P.O. boxes?

Yes, we’ll ship your package anywhere that can accept deliveries.

We offer standard shipping as well as UPS, FEDEX and DHL options.

 

Processing time
The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For in stock items 1-2 days, made to order and custom hats 1-2 weeks

Estimated shipping times
North America: 7-10 business days
Europe: 10-15 business days
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 10-15 business days
Latin America and the Caribbean: 7-15 business days

We do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
Customs and import taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Vintage Dames is not responsible for delays due to customs.
